The Von Köppen Restaurant is situated within Gut Ringelsbruch, a historic farmhouse built in the mid-19th century in Paderborn by the architect Heinrich von Köppen. Over time, the property has been carefully restored and now serves as a vibrant venue for social gatherings. Its connection to the arts is highlighted by its history as a residence for the celebrated cellist Ludwig Hoelscher and the renowned pianist Ella Ney.
In 2005, the stables were converted into a restaurant called Von Köppen, which serves excellent international and regional cuisine. The business has been ranked among the top 10 restaurants in Westphalia several times.
